Finding supplemental income can be challenging. Working around a full-time school or work schedule makes earning money difficult and overwhelming. We want to help you find the right babysitting jobs that fit your schedule. Get paid to play with kids, and let us handle the coordination.
Our Application Process

Take 20 minutes and fill out our application. We want to get to know you and your interests to match you with families that are a perfect fit.
Schedule Your Interview
Upon completion of your application, you will be asked to select a time to speak with our team. Our goal is to get to know you better!
Get Matched with Families
After you have been accepted to Childcare Solution, you will start receiving opportunities through our hand-selected process and emails.
You Choose How Often You Work
We send sitters jobs in two ways:
If we believe you are a great fit for a family, we will send you their information and sitter needs. These can be one-time or regular gigs.
If there are last-minute or one-time event sitters needs, we will send out an email and ask sitters to respond if they are available. This is on a first come, first served basis.

Finding Families You Connect With
Working with kids can be tough, especially if you don’t share their interests. We do our best to learn your skills and hobbies in order to match you with a family where you can shine. For example, if you love music and play instruments, we will do our best to match you with a family whose children are learning to play music. Not only does this make the job more fun, but you have the chance to make a big difference in this child’s life.
Our Babysitter Requirements
Background Check
We require background checks for all our babysitters to make sure the families we serve feel safe and secure.
Referrals
We’d love to hear about your previous experience as a babysitter and/or nanny. Please include client referrals from these experiences.
CPR Trained
We keep all of our sitters up-to-date on all first aid and CPR training. We make sure you know what to do in emergency situations.
