ChildCare Solution, LLC is a local, “mom”-run company based in the Greater Nashville area. Our team is committed to providing the best possible babysitters for your children.

All of our babysitters are background-checked, CPR-certified, and referred by past employers. Once we match you with a babysitter, all their information will be readily available to you should you need it. We do the hard work of vetting our sitters so you can focus on your family!

It’s important to us that you get connected with a babysitter who works with your lifestyle and schedule. Our goal is that you enter this process with us feeling safe and informed.

Hi, I’m Amber. I am the CEO of Childcare Solution and I’m so glad you are here! Whether you are coming to us as a family looking for help or a sitter looking for extra income, I have been exactly where you are. As a mom of two beautiful girls myself, I know how difficult it is to find a reliable, trustworthy sitter that your kids love. I personally loved working with families as a sitter in college and as a young professional. The extra income and the connection to the Nashville community was vital as my husband and I started our lives together. I want to offer both families and sitters the same amazing opportunities that I have had on both sides.
